There are hundreds of testimonials for the Visalus products all over the internet, and the Body by Vi Challenge has proven to be very popular.  Visalus has tapped into people’s desire to compete and to work towards a goal over a specific time period.  It’s very clever how they have put together a system that will make people lose weight and have a quantifiable result (i.e. not just saying they will change your life, but saying by how much and when!)  This is the one thing that has made Visalus able to compete against all the other health and wellness companies out there, and I believe this “competition” mindset has helped them stand out.  The products have definitely helped people to lose weight and become healthier.

Visalus Reviews – Is the Compensation Plan Good?

Again Visalus uses people’s natural desire to work towards a SPECIFIC outcome in their favor.  The compensation plan heavily highlights the Bimmer club.  One you reach a certain level in the company they will pay you a set amount towards leasing a Black BMW.  This gives their members something to all get excited about and work towards, rather than just the vague goal of making money.  It’s a clever gimmick that has paid off for them.

The comp plan is quite a traditional model, using a Unilevel MLM plan.  This means that you place your team members directly under you and how many levels deep you earn depends on what rank you’ve achieved in the company.  While people can make a lot of money with these plans they don’t tend to be my favorites, as they encourage people to focus on constant recruiting instead of helping and nurturing their team members.  It can be a bit of a lonely road.  Also, the biggest checks in the industry these days (and in the long term) are from matrix plans, or more often binary plans.

The comp plan does work, but depending on your upline you may not get a ton of support and you might find you are constantly recruiting instead of building a solid residual income.

You will need to find a steady balance of recruiting and helping out your team members.  You will want the upfront money that recruiting brings, and the residual money of building a strong team.  Instead of trying to split your efforts focus on giving your team members tools and systems so you don’t have to hand hold them through the process, and use Attraction Marketing so you can get leads that actually want to work with you!  This will stop you from feeling that you have to compete directly with your team or your upline!
