Most people fail because they either don’t understand one or more of these assets, or they don’t do consistent work and never reach that “tipping point” where it all falls together and begins to make them a steadily growing income.

Your Online Business Assets

1. Your Website

A website that ranks on search engines in one of the most important assets you can have. If you are relying on affiliate marketing and marketing other people’s sites you are being very short sighted. You can earn money in the short term, but just like in a job you are really only working to build someone else’s site and help them in their business.

It can be incredibly easy to get a simple blog going, and from there you only need to be updating your blog and building links to it. The easiest way to get a blog going is to get it done for you so it will be fully optimized for search engine ranking and for viral social media marketings (the best and cheapest option I can recommend is Empower Network, you can get your blog instantly setup with them: Here).

How to build this asset: Keep updating your blog, and build links back to your articles. You can do this through social media, pinging and article directories (full details in the Rebel Marketers Manual, you can pick up your free copy to the right of this page).

2. Your List

People buy from those they know, like and trust. This means that people need to get to know you before they will buy from you. It is vital that you are growing a list of people that have asked to hear more from you. You can grow your list both organically, through your blog and your search engine traffic, and via paid advertising. My favourite list building technique is solo ads. You can pay someone else to promote you and your products to their list.

3. Your Social Media Contacts

Your friends list on Facebook and followers on Twitter are fast becoming as important to your business as your email marketing lists. This is because these people not only get to hear about your new articles and websites, they also get to see your pictures, here about your family, and generally get to know you as a real person. It’s VITAL that you treat your Facebook and Twitter contacts as real friends, not leads. It turns out that this also makes things a lot more fun as you really get to know people when you stop seeing little dollar signs on everyone!

Build your social media contacts slowly. I recommend spending 30 minutes a day adding a few more people to your list, and making personal contact to say hi and introduce yourself. Remember this is about building a business asset, not making a quick buck. So don’t throw your links around the second you get a new friend on your list. Say hi, and get to know them.

4. Your Relationship with Your List

This is as important as the list itself and takes time to grow. You need to think about what your list is getting from you. Are they getting hammered with marketing emails, or are they getting solid information that they can use without having to buy all your products from day one? Are they getting to see that you are a real person, through your personal stories and posts?

One of the best ways to build a solid relationship with your list is to not rely too heavily on autoresponders, but use blog posts to communicate with them. That way your list can get short, non-markety emails from you telling them you have a new blog post. When they get good information from your blog posts it will make them more likely to open your emails and they will like you better for it.

5. Your Skills

This is the most overlooked asset in online business, yet it is VITAL. You need skills in copywriting, sales funnels, link building, article writing, etc. The good thing is the more consistently you work and test the better and better you will get at it all. Just like any skill or learning a sport you need to exercise and practice to get better. A great way to build this is to leverage the skills of others while you are practicing and improving your own skills. This video will show you the best way to leverage other people skills while growing your own: Click Here.

Remember, every single thing you do in your business should be around building one of these assets. So when you sit down to write a blog decide if you are going to write a relationship building blog or a link building blog. When you pay for traffic, monitor your conversion rates (from visitors to opt-ins) to ensure you are getting the lowest price for new list member. When you visit Facebook, think about adding new people that seem like someone you would actually want to do business with.

Consistency is key. Do consistent work DAILY to build up these assets, and you can’t go wrong. Make sure that people have the opportunity to buy from you, without shoving it in their face.

If you want more details on HOW to build these assets and create a solid internet income through simple daily work (about 1-2 hours per day) read the Rebel Marketers Manual (sign up to the right of this page).

And the “Guru’s” are quaking in their boots. It’s been an incredible two weeks since the launch of The Rebel Marketer’s Manual.

It’s a different kind of Ebook, giving the people real information, that they don’t have to pay an arm and a leg (or even anything at all) for. I wrote this book because I was tired of seeing people get treated like “Sheeple”. Having Guru’s think that people will just blindly follow them without them having to actually HELP.

I had to fight my way to success online making every mistake, and learning every lesson myself on the way. I had to take the info from the Gurus and figure out HOW to implement it. I had to make mistakes as I realized I didn’t have the complete picture. I had to suffer losses as I realized the information I had been given was out of date, no longer working, or just plain incomplete.

I didn’t want to treat others the way I’ve been treated! I didn’t want to endlessly market new info products that only give half the story. I want to provide REAL, TANGIBLE tools for success.

This book can be your first TOOL to leverage yourself and Leapfrog to your first successes online. Because instead of just telling you HOW to write and use an ebook in your marketing, I’mGIVING (not selling) you rights to your own version of this acclaimed ebook to help your own marketing. (Details on how to qualify for rights outlined in the book).

The response has been overwhelming with over 1,000 people downloading the book and many claiming their personalized copy to be used in their marketing efforts!

Here’s what some have been saying:

“AWESOME. Very well constructed. Triple A+”

and…

“I saw myself in your book over and over again. Wow you know me well. But I also saw things that I did not know or ever seen before.”

If you’re wondering how you can be part of online history and join the marketing rebellion, you can pick up a copy of the Manual by entering your name and email at the right hand side of this page. (Read to the end of the book to see how you can use the Manual as a tool to grow a huge list and start earning real money online).

Because you deserve success fast! We need to band together and fight the old “Guru” regime. Make them regret calling us “Sheeple”. We need to jump to their playing field.

Grab your copy at the right of this page and join the growing Rebellion!!

When I was in the working world I often used a process I called “Leapfrogging” to get further and further ahead.

You see it turned out that the best time to get a raise in your income was when negotiating with a new company for a new job.

The technique was simple.

I would join a company and do the best job that I possibly could. When new higher positions became available I would put myself forward for a promotion, and quite often would get it! But companies don’t pay significant increases to someone they promote internally. So I would have a great new job title, and often be on the lowest end of earning that, that job title would have.

So I would look for a new job that I could now get because of my new job title! (i.e. now I had experience as a manager I could apply for manager roles).

When I got the new job with the new company I would negotiate for the salary I felt I was worth. This often meant that my salary would increase very significantly anytime I switched companies.

I didn’t really do this on purpose, it was more that I hated to be working hard and not being paid what I felt I was worth.

I kept switching jobs in the hope that the next one would be more fulfilling. That I would feel like I was finally doing something of worth for the world.

But no matter how much I was able to “leapfrog” my income (and I raised it by 18k in a couple of years) I was never really happy. Because I was still working on someone else’s vision, for someone else’s goals, and following someone else’s rules and timeline.

I got to a position where the next logical step (from manager to district manager) looked completely and utterly miserable. There was no amount of money the company could have paid me to rise to the next level and deal with the amounts of stress, pressure, and ridiculous targets that my boss (the district manager) had to deal with on a daily basis.

I realized that I could never be happy working for someone else.

I was an entrepreneur at heart.

When I started my own business and began to learn about making a living online I discovered that it followed the exact same principles of leapfrogging to success that I had used in the job world to rise from flunky to store manager in less than a year.

While everyone else is simply plodding along at a steady pace waiting for someone to notice them, I found I could leverage any small success to lift myself to the next level.

Why?

Because the internet marketing world is built on STORIES and PROOF. If you have no story and no proof of success to make people think you are worth following…they don’t follow!

So it’s a chicken and egg scenario right?

You can’t become very successful without a good story or proof, and you can’t get that story or proof without success, right?

Wrong.

You can leapfrog your way to success use small successes along the way, and the stories and proof of others.

Leapfrogging means using leverage to jump a little bit higher than you could on your own. It’s a team game, where people help each other to leap higher or farther.

The ultimate way to jump to your success is to leapfrog off both your own successes and someone elses.

You just need a start.

How to Leapfrog:

1. Learn how to tell other people’s stories

If you are in internet marketing or network marketing there are people in your opportunity that are doing well, that are telling their story. You can tell their story too! You can sell tools or your opportunity by talking about how successful someone else is at it.

Ex: One of the guys I work with used to be a burnt out construction worker, battling addiction, and completely miserable. He used the same strategy I’m going to show you to make thousands daily online in a matter of months.

Good story right? Most people won’t tell the stories of others because they are so afraid of their leads running off and joining the other person. But if your lead joins NOBODY you still get no money. Most people will hear the story and still join with you!

2. Take screenshots of every small success

A picture is worth a thousand words. Do you think it will have more impact if I tell you that Step one in the Traffic Takeover Formula outlined in my new book “The Rebel Marketer’s Manual” (which you can get for free by signing up on the right of this page ) will teach you how to get hundreds of leads a day…or if I show you this picture of a brand new list I created and got almost 300 new leads in two days using only step one of the Traffic Takeover Formula?

Why does this work better? Why are you dying to enter your email at the right to download the book for free right now? Because I’ve told you SPECIFICALLY what that one strategy can do, and I gave you proof. And you want to know what the strategy is.

I know you think your small successes don’t matter. But it all matters. You can use small successes as a leapfrog to slightly bigger successes. You are building your story and your arsenal of proof. Make sense?

So don’t waste anything….every small success deserves a screenshot (seriously, it’s as easy as hitting the PrtSc button next to f12 on your keyboard and pasting the image into a doc).

3. Start working on your story.

No matter what your situation, there are people out there who relate to it. Think about what drove you to want to make money from home. Let me tell you a (short) story :

Every single day I had to walk into my job was painful. Even though I liked my customers (I was serving coffee at a very well known coffee chain!) and I liked my coworkers the job simply did not reflect me.

You see some people are just not designed to go into a job and do the same thing day in and day out. Some of us were designed to be working for ourselves and in charge of our own daily decisions. I couldn’t stand the clenching feeling in my gut on a Monday morning when waiting for my boss to call and tell me I was bad at my job because food availability was down by 2%. I couldn’t stand that I had to sacrifice my moral views (ie that throwing away mountains of food at the end of the night is BAD) so that I could hit the right numbers to not get yelled at.

Surely there’s something wrong with a system that turns you into an automaton, not able to think or follow your own feelings about what is right and wrong in the world, but simply striving to hit some random number that an analyst has provided at the end of the week.

To me, there is NO acceptable amount of food being thrown into a bin when there are people starving in the world.

But, hey, I’m out of that, phew. It still get’s my goat.

Why tell this story that seemingly has no relation to making money online? Well, a lot of other people feel the same way about their jobs. There are people who will read that and agree that sacrificing your morals for a job is just a ridiculous way to live. And they might be feeling that way about their job and will want to look at what I did to free myself.

You might not have been successful yet, but it’s never too soon to be YOU in your business. It’s never too soon to show people you are real and human just like them.

At the moment your story might just be why you hit a place where you decided you NEED to make money online and get free from whatever situation you are in. It might be why you decided that XYZ opportunity was the way for you. Some people will relate. And as you get small successes you can add them to your story.

Your story can include how you broke through and got your first leads online, then how you made your first sale, then how you made your first $1,000, then how you freed yourself, and finally how you started travelling the beaches of the world!

Every small success can help you leap to a bigger and bigger success.

Count them, document them, become a story teller and proof provider. You’ll get there MUCH faster than simply plodding along doing the same thing day after day after day.

I was angry at the giant gap between those who are successful and those who struggle online.

I was angry at the time it takes for people to learn the necessary skills to be able to compete in the online arena.

I was angry that so many good people FAIL to become successful entrepreneurs, not because they don’t work hard, but because they don’t know how to make the work they are doing really count.

It should be easier.

But you see it takes a magic combination of application, skill, and cashflow to make online business become easy.

Often by the time someone learns the skills to make it really work (copywriting, ebook creation, website editing, etc) it’s too late.

They’ve run out of cashflow and the time to apply the skills they’ve learned and they are out of luck.

So I decided to do something different.

To be a Rebel.

To pursue a Big Vision.

What if new marketers had the ability to borrow the skills of others?

What if there was a way to SPECIFICALLY utilize other people’s work so that all they had to do is the application part?

What if they knew from the start exactly WHAT to spend their time on, the cleverest ways to use their marketing cashflow, and were given the tools to make it work FAST?

Step One of that dream is now a reality.

After six weeks of working hard to hand over everything I know, and provide a unique tool for new marketers to APPLY this knowledge, it’s FINALLY HERE.

The Rebel Marketer’s Manual

It’s the first step to true success in 2012.

And because it’s a big vision (and despite the protests of everyone I’ve shown it too that I should be charging $100 and even more for this groundbreaking book)…

I’ve decided to give it away for free.

I don’t want to limit this knowledge.

I don’t people to have to decide between paying for the knowledge or paying for advertising in their business.

It needs to be out there, changing people’s lives.

It’s time to overthrow the Gurus.

It’s time to show them what can happen when “Newbies” get their hands on real tangible tools for success.

It’s time that Real People Made Real Money Online!!

I’ve been awfully quiet.

As a writer and marketer I actually love my work and love my blog. I really enjoy contributing to it and believe in the power of consistent action to make things happen in any business.

So what happened to make me so quiet?

It started with a vision.

I had to take some time and think about the industry we are all in (making money online) and why not everyone achieves the same amount of success.

I’ve always felt that people need to take responsibility for their own actions and their own success. So I simply show them HOW I achieve my results and let them take the action from there. But there is still a learning curve. It’s different for everyone, but no matter how much How To I give my teams people still have to learn some new skills to become successful.

How long does this take?

That depends on the person. For me it took me 2 years of struggling until I found a way to stay consistent in my action and actually get the results I wanted.

It doesn’t have to take that long. One of my biggest problems was actually my ego

You see I tend to think of myself as a pretty smart lady. So when confronted with a problem I try to learn my way through it and pick up any of the skills I think I will need in order to get through the problem.

I have had to learn FTP, some HTML, copywriting, backlinking, how Google thinks, how to run a blog, how to connect my blog through social networks, etc.

And in all this going it alone and learning I actually was shackling myself to poor results. I was taking so much time and energy to learn technical garbage that I wasn’t putting 100% of my attention on building my business and helping my team.

Things shifted for me when I realized that I don’t have to have minute control over every aspect of my business and that I could leverage the skills of others to grow my business and help my team.

And I could use all the knowledge I have gained as leverage for my team to see results exponentially faster than I did.

Those two years of my time can help an infinite number of people not have to go through the pains of struggle that I did.

My new vision is a way to help people use everything that I have learned about making money online and giving them (yes, giving as in for free) actual tools to help them market and build teams, and help their teams market and build teams.

We’re talking about building a community of SUCCESSFUL internet marketers so you aren’t just being told what to do, but getting actual tangible products you can use in your marketing…

*Because you are not going to settle for Bad Leadership

*Because you are not going to struggle to learn skills that your leaders ALREADY HAVE

*Because you shouldn’t have to pay extra to get tangible help from your leaders!

*Because you deserve to have REAL success without struggle!

So what is my vision?

Well, you’ll have to wait and see!

I’m making sure I have everything perfect and ready to go for you, so you can hit the ground running.

If you’re worried you might miss the announcement just sign up for the mailing list on the right of this page (and watch the video as it will completely change how you view internet marketing and show you why you shouldn’t settle for measly checks!).

And be ready to FINALLY achieve success in your business!

You’re sitting at your computer, working on advertising for your business. There is that phone call you need to make to a new prospect, or that video email you promised yourself you would create.

Instead, you find yourself glued to your chair, preferring to keep on doing the activity you already know how to do, rather than tackling the new one. There is a subtle or not so subtle fear that creeps in every time you think about doing it. You convince yourself that this preferred activity is important, that you are conscientiously working on your business. But you’re not fooling anyone, least of all yourself.

This is a trap we all face – one we need to recognize and deal with if we want to actually move our business forward. We have to learn how to help ourselves move out of our comfort zone.

The first thing to remember is that the act of creating a business by its very nature means that you will be constantly moving out of your comfort zone. You will step into new territory, become comfortable, then step out again. Over and over. And this is not just you – everyone who has made the journey to success in a home business has done the same, and faces the same fears that you do.

So, during your working hours, stop every once in a while and ask yourself, “Is there something important I need to be doing, that I am putting off?” If the answer is yes, then notice how you are feeling, and look for the cause for the delay. If there is no real reason for not doing it, maybe this is a step into new territory, and you are nervous or afraid to step out.

It’s important to actually notice when you are are feeling fear of something new, because it is only when you notice that you can take steps to deal with it.

Okay, so you’ve discovered that the next important task in your business is not getting done because your are not comfortable doing it, you are afraid to try it, you’re afraid you’ll blow it. Great – now at least this fear is not flying under the radar, and you have the opportunity to make a different decision about it.

Talk to yourself about your fear. Be kind, be firm. Give yourself permission to blow it. Give yourself a reward for trying. Remind yourself that that unaddressed fear is sapping your energy, and it is far better to give the task a good try, no matter the result, than to be drained by fear of doing it.

And, most important, remind yourself that you do not need to do this task perfectly – you are learning!

To Your Success!

The entire MLM industry has changed drastically in the last few years and it is becoming easier to become an MLM leader. It is growing and changing as people come to understand that success is not about getting as many people as they can to just sign up, but rather uplifting others and helping them to actually achieve success! The focus is no longer on how to be the best salesperson, and moved to how to be the best MLM leader. So if you’re brand new to the industry, how does that affect you? How can you become an MLM leader that people actually want to work with?

How to Become An MLM Leader

1. Learning

Every true MLM leader started out exactly where you are, knowing very little about how to achieve success. To really become a leader you will need to start by learning whatever you can about the MLM industry. This doesn’t have to mean buying courses and training (although that is the fast-track way to do it!) Instead you can simply read MLM blogs, watch free MLM training videos, go through MLM bootcamps. Do your best to learn one new specific skill every single day. It could be on how to handle objections, how to market, how to setup a blog, etc.

You will quickly have something that other people don’t have, knowledge. You then simply have to share this knowledge and new people in the industry will see that you are a true leader. You don’t need to know everything to be a success, you just need to always continue on in the pursuit of knowledge.

2. Honesty

Anyone who has built a large organisation through lying about what it takes to succeed will have their business crumble underneath them. Why? Because if people have misconceptions about what it takes to succeed they won’t be prepared to put in the work necessary. This is why I have made an MLM bootcamp. I show people EXACTLY what they would need to do to be successful in MLM. If they don’t think they can do it, they don’t join with me, if they know they can put in even just an hour a day, they know before they join exactly what they will need to do. This means they hit the ground running when they start and will stand a much better chance at success!!

3. Consistency

Consistent and daily work is VITAL to becoming an MLM leader. It doesn’t mean spending every spare moment on your business, but you need to be doing something daily to reach your goals. If you choose to start an MLM blog the easiest thing to do is write and syndicate a blog post every day. This will both allow your leads to see you are a leader, and they will see you are actually active! It also means that over time you will rank more easily on Google and your marketing efforts will reach a tipping point where marketing becomes easy. BUT you have to start with daily consistent work to get anywhere.

4. Assistance

When you work to actually assist others in their success without looking for anything in return, you will be a true MLM leader. There is nothing more attractive then someone who genuinely wants to help and isn’t always trying to sell you something. That’s why offering free training is one of the best things you can do to establish yourself as a leader. For example, my bootcamp will teach ANYONE how to get leads and create a high traffic blog for their MLM. Every person who goes through it will have the chance to see what MLM company I have chosen and some will want to partner with me because of my leadership, other people will take the information and become a success in their own business.

When you get to a place where you are prepared to help others without them being in your team (by offering a free training, etc.) you will have truly become an MLM leader and your success is virtually guaranteed.

Solo Ads are a fantastic way to build your list, sell affiliate products, and establish yourself as an online leader. (Now I know I normally only advocate free advertising, but this is a great way to build a list really fast when you just want that extra boost!)

What are Solo Ads?

Solo ads are when you pay a marketer to email their list about you. It works best if you think of it as a way to build your list, and if you make sales on the back end, all the better for you! You set up some kind of offer, free report, etc that would interest the marketers list, make a simple opt-in page where the people have to opt-in to get your report, and then get the marketer to email their list telling them about this great new report!

When the marketer’s list gets to your opt-in page they put in their details so you can email them their free report, and voile you have that person on your email list!

What You Need For Solo-Ads?

1. Some kind of hosting for your Opt-in Page

2. A Freebie to Offer as the incentive to opt-in

3. An Email autoresponder to collect your leads

4. A one time offer or sales page to divert them to, to make money on the back end

Solo Ads Top Tips

Don’t waste time trying to get your freebie offer perfect, or let that put you off doing Solo Ads. Go to Google and search for PLR dog training (or whatever your niche may be!) You can buy a PLR ebook or report with rights to give it away for free and with your name on it!

Make sure you get rights to edit it so you can ad in some links to other offers, products, or your own webpage to continue establishing yourself as a leader in your niche.

Make sure to take the time to get something useful! If your free offer isn’t very inticing, or isn’t very good you will have built a list of people who think you give away crappy ebooks!

Try to find a PLR product that also gives you a website to promote it! This way you just add your opt-in box and away you go!

A Solo Ads Case-Study

Cost of PLR product: $6

Cost of Solo Ad: $100

Guaranteed number of Clicks: 250

My Freebie Offer: 10 Ways to 10K (it’s actually a fun little report, feel free to opt-in to get it emailed to you immediately)

I whipped together a solo ads case study to test if you really could do this well without putting in much effort! I bought a PLR ebook, and the only tweaks I made was to add my name and a few links throughout the book. I used their webpage and added my opt-in box that Aweber gave me. Finally, I sent an email to the Solo Ads marketer I had chosen and asked that he include a P.S. line in the email telling people to watch the full video after signing up for the report. The video was my secret “Commission Loophole” video that shows people how to get 100% commissions.

My Results:

Clicks: 310 unique (60 more than promised!)

Subscribers: 146

This is really not a bad result considering I didn’t change anything on the provided opt-in page. I’ve already signed up new team members from this group, but the point is I now have 146 new subscribers to my list for $106 dollars and about 2 hours work! This is a fabulous return!

If you want to try this yourself, visit this site to find Solo Ads in the Internet Marketing niche. Read through the reviews and find the right solo ads provider for you! I got my PLR report from thePLRstore.

Good luck with your Solo Ads!

One way or another, I want YOU to be a success! Here’s the three reason I want you to be the next newbie success story:

1. You’ll love me forever! LOL
If you’ve struggled to make money for years, and I provide you with the tool that FINALLY helps you break free and have your first big week marketing online, you will forever stick by my side. What does that mean for me? Well, having a loyal following helps to uplift what I do. When I have the backing of a strong team of people I will be able to do joint ventures with the leaders on my team, I will get loads of testimonials helping me to achieve more success myself, and I will feel fantastic! Trust me, the only better feeling than making your first big paycheck is having one of your team members make their first big paycheck.

2. Your story will help break others free.
People only get started in internet marketing as they have heard success stories. They know someone or have heard of someone who went from rags to riches. In this business the more success stories we have the better for the entire industry. Why? Because different people relate to different stories. You’ve all heard of the guys who went from homeless to rich, or woman who built her business from her hospital bed, or the average Joe who worked 60 hours a week in his job to finally break free and live the dream life at home!
One of the things that makes anyone successful is consistent and persistent work. If you never give up, you will eventually succeed. What stops people from giving up? Faith in the possibility of their success. What gives them this faith? The success stories of others!

3. It’s time for the “newbie revolution”
I’ve watched the home business industry change a lot over the years, but there was always one thing holding people back. If they didn’t have the technical skills, or the know how, to launch a high-traffic blog, to create converting capture pages, to write good copy, they were stuck. It takes most people a good 2 years to become in any way proficient at these internet marketing skills. What does this mean? A high failure rate. And a high failure rate is bad for business.

So where does Empower Network come in? It’s cutting out the technical set-up and marketing skills allowing total newbies to skip straight to success! It’s completely leveled the playing field finally giving everyone an equal chance to make money.

Let’s all lock arms and move together towards total internet domination! Newbies and all!

The Three Traps to Avoid When Starting Your MLM Home Business

1. The “Overnight” Success Story Trap

You need to be sure you don’t have your “lifestyle” goggles on when you start your MLM home business. The biggest trap is having the wrong expectations for how long it will take and the amount of work it will take to become a success.

You will need to pay for your success with either time or money. If you have a bunch of money you can buy loads of paid advertising and become successful quickly. If you don’t you will need to commit a solid amount of time to free advertising, calling your leads, and building your business.

If you follow a good strategy (I recommend the Easy MLM strategy), it will probably realistically take you 1-2 hours a day every single day for about 3-6 months to build a decent income.

2. The Trying a Little Bit of Everything Trap

Slap-dash marketing is a trap nearly all MLM home business owners fall into! If you try a little bit of everything you tend to lose your money FAST as you don’t know how to properly market. For example, you might try some Facebook marketing, combined with PPC, combined with article marketing, etc. A bit of focused effort on ONE type of marketing will practically guarantee your success as you will become better and better at it as you learn.

When I started in this industry I spent months trying a little bit of everything and getting NO results from anything! It was only after I dedicated myself to learning how to get leads from article marketing that I started to see decent results! Now I also have a strategy to train my team on!

Be a specialist! Not a “jack of all trades”.

3. The Cashflow Trap

If you run out of money to advertise or promote your MLM home business you are dead in the water! No cashflow basically means No business!

The easy solution to this trap is to create multiple streams of income as you work to build your MLM. Be realistic and understand that it will take time to grow your business (especially as MLM’s grow slowly at the start until you reach the tipping point where your results become exponential!)

You can create multiple streams of income by providing tools and resources to your leads that can actually help them to learn how to make money from home even if they don’t join your business! This way your leads will view you as someone who is actually helpful and would make a great leader for them if they do decide to join your MLM home business, and you will earn some money to keep marketing.

Try to find a tool that will solve some specific problem your leads are having. For example, my leads are often interested in how to start their own blogs. I use the how to blog tutorial to not only teach them, but to earn commissions if they decide to buy hosting to get started! I also show them an option that involves no set-up, no hosting, and is easier to rank in Google (decide if it’s an option you want to promote to your leads by discovering it here).

Note: ONLY market a product if you’ve tried it and like it yourself. If you don’t use it, don’t market it! You’ll only alienate your leads and lose their trust if you sell them crappy products.

How to Avoid the MLM Home Business Pitfalls?

You will need to leverage your efforts and get making money as fast as you can in your MLM home business. You can do that by finding a decent strategy that an MLM leader is using. Then you simply “follow the leader”. Learn the strategy and implement it over and over until you get good at it. Get some cashflow into your business so that you can STAY in business for the 3-6 months it will take for you to start seeing real success in your MLM home business.
